We had a great day at Poppies today. ITV’s Daybreak were keen to film people who remembered the Coronation, Poppie came up on their radar as someone who remembered the Coronation. So Gethin Jones plus the camera crew turned up at Poppies to talk to Pop’s about the Coronation and also his life since then. Pop’s even got to send The Queen a special Jubilee message.
The show will air on June 1st so be sure to tune in then and we will post our video of the event after it has aired but here are some pictures to give you a taste (good pun there).
