• Receiving and storing stock and produce (Potatoes, sausages, sauces, etc.)
• Washing and cleaning kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery etc.
• Preparing of daily product and produce (batter mix, sauces, fish, prawns, calamari, etc.)
• Cleaning and filtering the frying machine for the chefs
• Cutting and peeling potatoes
• Preparing side orders from the menu on chef’s request
• Daily and Weekly Cleaning of the work area of the place worked
